Updated April 2021

Until further notice, I will be taking COVID-19 home tests daily.

It is extremely important to me to ensure that everyone that enters my clinic is kept safe.  I have been working hard throughout lockdown to ensure that now that I am allowed to practice again, my clinic will be as safe as possible.

If ever there was a time that people need an Amatsu balance, it is now, post lockdown.

For this reason,  even though considerable extra time, paperwork and costs are involved

my charges will remain the same.

As an Amatsu Therapist, I am regulated by our governing body ATIUK and their umbrella organisation GMCT, who both ensure that our work and hygiene standards are amongst the highest.  With Covid-19 still at large, I have made some inevitable changes that will involve us both.

Until further notice, I am required to keep our appointment to minimise our contact time (approx 45 minutes).  However, I do not want you to miss out on your unique Amatsu with Lesley experience, so, catching up/updating your medical history/discussing your requirements will now be in advance, via a video or phone call. Likewise aftercare advice will be by phone, text or outside, so that I can maximise the time for your treatment .  In addition, I need to leave plenty of time between clients so that I can deep clean my clinic.

To protect us both, I will be wearing a visor and a mask and I will ask you to wear a mask and bring your own water.  My clinic will no longer look quite as homely, as I have removed all soft furnishings, so that everything is easily deep cleaned.

Hand washing, toilet and sanitising facilities remain available for client use on entry, departure and at anytime during appointments

My Track and Trace QR code is displayed on my entrance doorway for those who have the ap.

I will contact all clients the day before their appointment in order to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire or confirm that there are no changes to a previously completed questionnaire.

The new separate entrance clinic back door will be the main point of entry/exit, except for clients requiring ramp access.  Ramp access remains at the front of the building.

I am doing everything I can (including attaining the certificate which entailed a 7 hour CPD course) to ensure that you will be comfortable in the knowledge that you will be visiting a Covid-19 Secure Workplace.
